Yes! We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand for orders over $140 NZD. Orders under that amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Because each tumbler is handmade and often personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure your details (especially names for personalisation) are correct before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, just get in touch—we’ll make it right 💛
