• Ready-made tumblers are shipped within 1–2 business days

• Personalised tumblers (with custom names or designs) take 3–5 business days to create before shipping

Once shipped, delivery via NZ Post usually takes 2–3 business days (please allow extra time for rural addresses).

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand for orders over $140 NZD.

Orders under that amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Because each tumbler is handmade and often personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please make sure your details (especially names for personalisation) are correct before placing your order.

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been sent.
