Welcome to My tumblerZ by Zazou! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help—but if your item (especially personalised ones) has already been made, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.

3. Email Collection & Marketing

By placing an order, you agree to receive promotional emails from us regarding new products, special offers, and announcements. If you'd prefer not to receive these emails in the future, simply contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to remove you from our mailing list.

100-Follower Giveaway Rules

 

This section outlines the terms and conditions for the 100-Follower Giveaway hosted by My TumblerZ by Zazou.

 

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Tahiti aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must follow the official Facebook page, My TumblerZ by Zazou, to be eligible.

 

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must:

        1. Like the Facebook page (My TumblerZ by Zazou)

        2. Like the giveaway post

        3. Tag friends in the comments of the post:

                   • Each tag equals one (1) entry.

                   • Participants may tag multiple friends (more chances to win!)

 

3. Entry Deadline: • Entries will close when the page reaches 100 followers.

 

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a tumbler from the Mini Tumbler Collection (370ml), featuring the Glowstera theme.

• The tumbler can be personalized with the winner’s name after selection.

 

5. Winner Selection:

• A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries. • The winner will be announced within 2 days after reaching 100 followers and contacted via Facebook Messenger.

 

6. Delivery:

• Delivery to New Zealand will be free of charge.

• Delivery to Tahiti will also be free of charge and scheduled for July.

 

7. Additional Terms:

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and confirm their eligibility.

• Failure to respond to the winner notification within 4 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

Cette section présente les termes et conditions du Concours des 100 Abonnés organisé par My TumblerZ by Zazou.

1. Éligibilité :

  • Ce concours est ouvert aux résidents de la Nouvelle-Zélande et de Tahiti âgés de 18 ans ou plus.

  • Les participants doivent suivre la page Facebook officielle, My TumblerZ by Zazou, pour être éligibles.

2. Comment participer :

  • Pour participer, les participants doivent :

    1. Aimer la page Facebook (My TumblerZ by Zazou).

    2. Aimer la publication du concours.

    3. Identifier des amis dans les commentaires de la publication :

      • Chaque identification correspond à une (1) participation.

      • Les participants peuvent identifier plusieurs amis (plus de chances de gagner !)

3. Date limite de participation :

  • Les participations se termineront lorsque la page atteindra 100 abonnés.

 

4. Prix :

  • Un (1) gagnant recevra un tumbler de la Mini Tumbler Collection (370ml), avec le thème Glowstera.

  • Un tirage au sort sera effectué parmi toutes les participations valides.

  • La livraison en Nouvelle-Zélande sera gratuite.

  • La livraison à Tahiti sera également gratuite et prévue pour le mois de juillet.

7. Conditions supplémentaires :

  • Ce concours n’est ni sponsorisé, ni approuvé, ni administré par Facebook.

  • En participant, les participants acceptent de respecter ce règlement et confirment leur éligibilité.

  • Si le gagnant ne répond pas à la notification dans un délai de 4 jours, le prix sera considéré comme abandonné et un nouveau gagnant sera sélectionné.
